We teamed up with Public Health Liverpool to encourage employers across Liverpool and the North West to sign up to the #suncreamselfie Outdoor Workers Pledge, which was aimed at educating workers on the importance of sun safety.

We encouraged employers to make outdoor workers’ safety a top priority by raising awareness of the importance of using adequate sun protection when working outside.

First to sign up to the pledge was Magenta Living, the largest registered housing provider in Wirral. With around 500 staff, 200 of which work outdoors on a daily basis, Magenta Living has made sure to provide sun cream for its outdoor workers in all recreational areas.
