North West Cancer Research celebrates PRmoment award for impactful bowel cancer campaign
We’re thrilled to announce that North West Cancer Research has won a prestigious PRmoment Award for our powerful ‘Remember When’ campaign, created in partnership with our brilliant PR agency, Influential.
The campaign, which encouraged people to complete and return their bowel screening kits, was awarded Best Use of Content at the 2024 PRmoment Awards. Using the power of nostalgia, ‘Remember When’ took a creative yet strategic approach to raise awareness of bowel cancer – the second most common cause of cancer death in the UK.
By tapping into personal memories and cherished moments from the past, the campaign prompted people to take life-saving action by completing their screening test. Judges praised the campaign’s strong insight, creative execution, and measurable outcomes, describing it as having “clear outcomes against objectives and solid tactics throughout.”
