Long-time supporter Julie Stilgoe has taken on her yearly fundraising mission once again, raising over £2,600 for lifesaving research.
After completing a jaunt from Whitehaven to Whitby on their Honda 50cc minibikes last year, Julie and her husband Pete, along with a group of friends have revved up their engines once more for a 121-mile Welsh adventure this time.
With a wet and cold start in Mold, the gang headed for Ruthin and were feeling the freeze by the time they got to Betws-y-Coed.
Not to be deterred, they continued on to Bangor and crossed the Menai Bridge to Anglesey where the sun finally shone.
The group enjoyed support along their journey, with a special stop at The Anglesey Circuit where they drummed up more donations as they took to the track on their bikes.
