SOUTHPORT’S CHOCOLATE SENSATION

Southport Committee have hosted a Chocolate Making event, raising £1,268.

Joining the Committee to host the event at Hillside Golf Club was renowned chocolatier Andrew Thwaite. Andrew treated guests to stories of his work and the origins of chocolate while also demonstrating his chocolate truffle making process and techniques, including the essential equipment needed and a few tricks of the trade.  

Tickets included a welcome glass of wine, and guests sampled Andrew’s delicious chocolates before purchasing their favourites.
