Supporting at the Salon
A local salon owner, Andrea Jackson, has hosted a special Charity day in aid of North West Cancer Research.
Andrea invited customers old and new to her salon, Doorway to Beauty, in New Ferry for a day of exclusive discounts, sweet treats and a raffle.
Andrea said: “It was important to me to support cancer research as my dad fought prostate cancer a few years ago and although it was quite severe, cancer research meant that the treatment available was able to save his life.
“Every penny raised on the day went toward the Charity. My clients loved the idea and were so generous. I absolutely loved it and would do it all again!”
