The ‘Swinging Christmas’ event featured entertainment from Dr Jazz and the Cheshire Cats, an exciting 20-piece big band based in Lymm, Cheshire.

Over 100 people turned up ready to party, raising over £1,000 through ticket sales, a raffle and plenty of generous donations for local, life-saving research.

Sharon, Chair of the Mold Committee said “After two years of restrictions due to Covid, it was wonderful to get back to fundraising for North West Cancer Research.

“Dr Jazz & the Cheshire Cats played a variety of music, finishing with a few seasonal classics to get us all into the Christmas Spirit.

“I’d like to thank Dr Jazz & the Cheshire Cats for their fabulous performance, the Holiday Inn A55 West for allowing us to host the event in their wonderful venue and everyone who supported us.”
