Lab Coat Learning at Lower Peover

We paid a special visit to Lower Peover C of E Primary School recently, for a cheque presentation to celebrate their amazing fundraising efforts this year, and we brought Hope Bear along for the ride!

Throughout the school year the children took part in a handful of Lab Coat Learning sessions, including sun safety and healthy eating workshops.

To end the year on a high, the students and staff took part in a Hope Run, raising an amazing £1,918 toward life-saving research projects.

Headteacher Sharon Dean said: “We’re very proud to support North West Cancer Research in raising funds for vital research. The children were privileged to invite the Charity in to deliver important lessons and be able to support their future work.”
