We've teamed up with McClure Solicitors to offer you the chance to write or amend a Will, completely free of charge.

Whether you're writing your first Will or updating your current one, you can do so without having to worry about the cost.

The scheme is open to all with no age restrictions, all we ask is that you consider leaving something to North West Cancer Research in your will, but there is no obligation to do so.

Magenta Living, the largest registered housing provider in Wirral, has become the first North West business to sign up to a sun safety awareness pledge this summer.

The Birkenhead-headquartered company which employs around 500 staff – 200 of which work outdoors on a daily basis – is backing an Outdoor Workers Pledge to encourage sun safety among its employees.

‘I had no idea my verruca was skin cancer’ - Wrexham cancer survivor shares her story

After surviving her own experience of skin cancer, Jayne Dickson is now channelling her energy and enthusiasm into helping North West Cancer Research (NWCR) raise awareness of the disease.

Jayne Dickson, 53, from Wrexham, was diagnosed with malignant melanoma (a form of skin cancer) in 2013, after noticing what she thought was a verruca on the sole of her right foot.

Cancer research charity takes #suncreamselfie awareness message into North Wales schools this summer

Experts from local charity North West Cancer Research are encouraging school children across North Wales to stay safe in the sun, as part of its #suncreamselfie campaign,

The charity has held a series of school roadshows, including one at Castell Alun High School, in Flintshire, delivering a dedicated skin cancer awareness and sun safety lesson to Year 8 pupils as part of their summer PSHE lessons.
